Appealing a Trust Tier Change
7/6/20260 views
When You Can Appeal
If your trust tier was lowered, you can appeal that demotion. To be eligible:
- You must have an actual recent demotion to appeal.
- You can appeal within 30 days of the demotion.
- You can only have one pending trust tier appeal at a time.
If you have no recent demotion, or an appeal is already pending, a new appeal cannot be filed.
How to Appeal
Open the appeals area and start a trust tier appeal. Explain why the demotion should be reconsidered, for example if you believe flags against you were mistaken.
After You Submit
A staff member who was not involved in the original decision reviews your appeal. If it is approved, your previous tier can be restored. If it is rejected, the demotion stands.
