Tracking Your Appeal

7/6/20260 views

Where to Find Your Appeals

Open the appeals page to see the appeals you have submitted, newest first. Select any appeal to view its details, including the reason you gave and any notes from the reviewer.

What the Statuses Mean

  • Pending: submitted and waiting to be picked up.
  • Under review: a staff member is actively reviewing it.
  • Approved: the original decision was reversed in your favor.
  • Rejected: the original decision stands.
  • Expired: the review window passed without a decision.

One Active Appeal at a Time

You can have only one active appeal for a given decision. While an appeal is pending or under review, you cannot file another for the same item. Once it is resolved, the outcome is recorded against that appeal.

Notifications

When an appeal is decided, you receive a notification with the outcome, so you do not have to keep checking the page.
