1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are entered into between you and Type B Media LLC, operating the LLM.Info brand. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Description of the Services

LLM.Info provides a community-driven platform for discovering, learning about, and sharing information related to artificial intelligence, large language models, tools, applications, and educational resources, including a paid course marketplace and tools for educators.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you are under the age of majority, you represent that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian. Purchases and payouts may require you to be an adult in your jurisdiction.

4. Accounts

Some features require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account and for all activity conducted under it.

5. Community Submissions and Moderation

Submissions and update requests may be reviewed and moderated
Content may be edited for clarity, formatting, or policy compliance
Content may be rejected or removed at our discretion
Repeated or serious violations may result in suspension or termination

6. User Content License

You retain ownership of your content. By submitting content, you grant LLM.Info a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, display, modify (for moderation or formatting), distribute, and promote such content in connection with operating the Services.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Violate applicable laws or third-party rights
Harass, abuse, impersonate, or threaten others
Upload malicious code or disrupt the Services
Circumvent moderation, rate limits, or security measures
Scrape or use automated means to extract data or content without our permission
Reverse engineer or attempt to access non-public areas or systems
Upload illegal content, including any child sexual abuse material. We have zero tolerance for such content and report it to the authorities as required by law

8. Paid Courses and Purchases

Some courses and content are offered for a fee. Prices are shown in United States dollars and charged through our payment provider. Access is granted after your payment is processed. Your license to purchased content is personal and non-transferable, and you may not redistribute or resell it.

9. Refunds

Purchases are generally final and non-refundable. We will, however, review refund requests on a case-by-case basis for billing errors, duplicate purchases, or material quality issues. To request a review, contact [email protected]. Nothing in this section limits any statutory refund or cancellation rights you may have under applicable law.

10. Educators and Payouts

Educators may create and sell courses through the marketplace. Educators receive 70% of course revenue and LLM.Info retains 30%, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payouts are made through our payment provider and are subject to onboarding, platform payout thresholds, eligibility checks, and administrative approval before transfer. Educators are responsible for their own taxes, represent that they hold the rights to the content they publish, and acknowledge that educator status and approval may be suspended or revoked.

11. Intellectual Property & DMCA

We respect intellectual property rights. Valid copyright infringement notices may be submitted in accordance with the DMCA. Repeat infringers may have accounts terminated.

12. Advertising and Sponsored Content

LLM.Info may display advertisements, sponsored listings, or paid placements. Sponsored content will be clearly disclosed. Advertising does not imply endorsement. Advertising is also governed by our Advertiser Terms.

13. Third-Party Content and Links

The Services include listings, references, and links to third-party products, services, and websites. We do not control or endorse them and are not responsible for their content or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

14. Account Suspension, Termination, and Deletion

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your account or access to all or part of the Services at any time, with or without notice, and for any reason or no reason, including but not limited to:

Violations of these Terms or other policies
Conduct that we believe may harm the Services, other users, or third parties
Legal, regulatory, or security concerns
Operational or business reasons

We are not obligated to provide an explanation for any suspension or termination and will not be liable to you or any third party for such actions.

Users may request voluntary account deletion at any time. When an account is deleted, prior public submissions may be anonymized rather than removed to preserve community knowledge.

15. Disclaimer

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" for informational and educational purposes only. We make no guarantees regarding accuracy or completeness.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LLM.Info shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Type B Media LLC, its affiliates, officers, directors, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your content, your use of the Services, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will reflect changes by updating the date above, and material changes may be communicated through the Services. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
