LLM.Info is a brand of Type B Media LLC ("LLM.Info", "we", "us", or "our"). LLM.Info is a community-driven platform focused on education, discovery, and collaboration around artificial intelligence and large language models (LLMs), including a paid course marketplace and tools for educators.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal information when you access or use our website, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

We may collect:

• User-submitted content (directory submissions, update requests, comments, tutorials, and profile content)

• Payment and billing information when you purchase a course or advertising. Payments are processed by our payment provider, and we do not store full payment card numbers
• For educators who receive payouts, the account details needed to pay you through our payment provider

• Usage data (pages viewed, actions taken, timestamps)
• Product usage signals such as items viewed, search terms, and interactions, used to operate and improve discovery and recommendations

• Maintain authenticated sessions
• Store preferences such as language and time zone
• Protect against abuse, fraud, and automated activity
• Measure usage. Analytics that rely on cookies run only after you consent; we also use a cookieless method for aggregate traffic measurement that does not set cookies or identify you

2.4 Information From Connected Services

If you connect a third-party account such as GitHub, we receive limited information from that service (for example, your public profile, repositories, and contribution activity) to power the features you enable. We also receive authentication information from our identity provider when you sign in.

2.5 Account Security Data

If you enable two-factor authentication, we store the information needed to verify your codes in protected form. We do not display it again after setup.

• Process course and advertising payments and educator payouts
• Moderate and attribute community submissions
• Provide first-party features such as content recommendations

5. Community Content and Attribution

• Submissions are moderated prior to publication
• Approved submissions are attributed to users unless anonymized
• Profile visibility depends on user settings

6. Trust, Safety, and Content Scanning

To keep the platform safe, uploaded avatar images are scanned using automated image-safety technology before they are published, and user-submitted text content may be separately screened by automated moderation.

Where we detect or otherwise become aware of apparent child sexual abuse material, we are legally required to report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to retain related records for the period required by law.

7. Email Communications

We send transactional emails needed to operate your account, such as verification, security, and receipt messages. We may also send optional digest or update emails, which you can unsubscribe from at any time.

8. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain data until deletion is requested or it is no longer needed.

Upon account deletion:

• Personal identifiers are removed or replaced
• Public directory submissions are anonymized rather than deleted
• Limited data may persist in backups or logs for security and compliance purposes

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate information
• Delete your information
• Receive a portable copy of your information
• Restrict or object to certain processing

14. Children and Students

The Services are not intended for children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Where a younger learner uses the Services through a permitted arrangement, their account may be linked to a parent or guardian account.

Classroom features let educators give students access using anonymous tokens that are designed to minimize the personal information collected from students.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by the updated date above.
