Filing a DMCA Takedown

Who Can File

Anyone who holds a copyright (or is authorized to act for the holder) can file a takedown request. You do not need an account, and the form is public at legal/dmca.

What You Must Provide

A valid request under 17 U.S.C. section 512(c)(3) must include:

• Your name and contact details (address, phone, and email).
• A description of the copyrighted work.
• The URL of the infringing material on LLM.Info. This URL identifies the exact content, so enter it accurately.
• A good-faith belief statement.
• A statement under penalty of perjury.
• Your electronic signature.

What Happens Next

Your request is recorded with a pending status. Staff review it, and if the takedown is valid the content is hidden from public view. Submissions are rate limited to prevent abuse.

After Filing

You will receive a reference for the request. Use it to track a takedown. If you only want to flag a rule violation that is not about copyright, use reporting content instead.
