What a Classroom Is

A classroom lets an educator group students together, assign work, and track their progress. Classrooms are managed from the educator portal at /educator/classrooms.

Creating a Classroom

1. Open Classrooms in the educator portal.
2. Create a new classroom and give it a name and details.
3. Save it to generate the classroom and its join code.

Managing the Roster

Open a classroom to view its roster. From there you can:

• See the list of enrolled students.
• Remove a student who should no longer have access.
• Regenerate the classroom join code if it needs to be rotated.

Adding Students

You bring students in either by sharing the join code or by sending invitations. For details, see inviting students to a classroom.

Assignments and Reports

Within a classroom you can create assignments and review reports on how your students are progressing. Need more help? Contact support.
