Verifying Your Email
Why Verification Is Needed
When your email address has not been confirmed, LLM.Info sends a 6-digit verification code and routes you to the verification screen before issuing a session. This confirms you own the address.
Entering Your Code
- Check your inbox for an email containing a 6-digit code.
- On the verification page, type the code into the six boxes. You can also paste the full code at once.
- The form submits automatically when all six digits are filled, or you can choose Verify.
On success you are signed in and continue to your destination (new accounts go to onboarding).
If Two-Factor Is Enabled
If your account has two-factor authentication turned on, verifying your email is not enough on its own. You are asked for a second factor: an authenticator code or a backup code. See Setting Up Two-Factor Authentication.
Did Not Receive a Code?
Codes are tied to a single sign-in attempt. The reliable way to get a fresh code is to sign in again, which issues a new code and returns you to this screen. Use the resend option on the page to return to sign in.
