ZoomMate is Zoom's AI workspace, launched June 2026, built to carry work from conversation through to completion rather than only summarising meetings. It draws context from meetings, documents, chats and connected apps, and can generate documents and slide decks, update CRM records and route approvals. Agentic Search reaches across Zoom, the web and third-party systems including ServiceNow, Salesforce and Workday, while conversational and visual Workflows automate multi-step processes on event, schedule or agentic triggers with optional approval checkpoints.
