Deleting Your Account

Before You Start

Account deletion is permanent once it finalizes. Consider requesting a data export first if you want to keep a copy of your data.

Requesting Deletion

1. Open Settings and select the Account tab.
2. In the delete account section, optionally add a reason, then choose Delete my account.
3. Confirm in the dialog.

Verify by Email

For security, a verification email is sent to your address. Enter the verification token from that email to confirm the request. You can resend the email if needed. Until you verify, no deletion is scheduled.

The 30-Day Grace Period

Once verified, a 30-day grace period begins and your deletion is scheduled. During this window your account still exists, and you can cancel at any time from the same section by choosing to cancel the deletion request.

What Happens After

When the grace period ends, your account is permanently removed. Rather than leaving content broken, LLM.Info anonymizes your data as part of this process.
