Applying to Sponsor

7/6/20260 views

What Sponsoring Means

A sponsor is an organization that funds course access for a group of learners, such as a company training its team. Sponsoring lets you cover enrollments centrally instead of having each learner pay individually.

Applying

Sign in, then open the sponsor application. The form asks for:

  • Company details: name, website, and a short description.
  • A contact name, email, phone, and job title.
  • Your reason for applying, plus the number of learners and an expected monthly budget.

Review and Approval

Submitting creates a sponsor account in a pending state for admin review. An administrator reviews the application and approves or declines it. You will be notified of the outcome.

After Approval

Once your sponsor account is active, you can manage it from your sponsor dashboard: add team members, create sponsorship campaigns that fund enrollments, and view billing and invoices. Educators must consent before a sponsorship can fund enrollments to their courses.
